another road trip

Off we go again - this time to San Javier, a small town in the mountains, where the second oldest mission in the baja still stands.  Once again a beautiful trip to a beautiful destination.. the photos are of the Mision and the surrounding area.  We spent some time wandering around the grounds, looking for the 380 year old olive tree, the irrigation systems which are still in use after hundreds of years.  So much history here.
