Summer Cruising aboard Puffin

Summer cruise to northern waters...well... not too far north.  We were 32 days, 475 miles aboard Puffin.  First stop was Pirates Cove, and then we traveled to Princess Louisa Inlet, Sechelt Inlet, Desolation Sound and back to  Nanaimo for a few days of fun with friends.

John completed the 'challenging hike' 6 miles up the mountainside out of Rosco Bay.  Here is the awesome view he was rewarded with.  Black Lake in the foreground, looking out toward Sarah Point.

  1. I think I could do your type of sailing. As long as land was in sight. How about the cramped quarters? Did you get lots of beading done?
