All That Cabbage!

Well, with all the cabbage you just make sauerkraut!  That's what we did last week at the beach.  Teresa and her Mom were our instructors and a group of chefs?? put together a batch of traditional sauerkraut……  have to wait about a week to see if it tastes as good as it looks!   Of course there were also a few more recipes to share; salads, cooked, red cabbage, green cabbage, the possibilities are endless.
