Catching up on news – the wind finally stopped, here are a couple of photos of the wind events!  A Prindle catamaran flipped over on the beach – it was an easy rescue, John is very experienced at righting catamarans!!  Day 2 of the wind building the waves – we got the firepit cleaned out! Ha ha ha   Luckily we had moved all the boats up to higher ground and nothing washed away to sea.

The Pot luck on the rain night was a success – everyone here is busy chatting and waiting for the fire to be ready to cook on.

The ice-cream truck came by a few days earlier – music and all – felt just like when I was a kid, running to get an ice-cream!  Of course ice-cream makes a day perfect for John!

Here is the next fiesta night – the great big yellowtail caught by a couple of our beach fishermen!  Good job!!!…..yum yum.

This was a big kayaking expedition, not at all planned, we all were leaving the beach at the same time, so we joined up and did a tour of the island.  Quite a sight to see 8 kayaks paddling around together.
Everyone was wondering – where have all the fish gone??? Not many colorful fish to be seen!

Our beach life chores are getting easier!  We have a pumper truck (aka ‘honey wagon’) coming by every two weeks – YAY!  And the propane truck stopped on his way home, saves us a trip to Santa Rosilita or Loretto or two trips to town, delivering the tank and picking it up manana!

Oh and did I tell you about the day I was kayaking with the Dolphins.......!!!!!

Seems like my communications are not high on the priority list this year - so all you get are some pictures this time, I will try to do better soon.......
John is working on the waterworks! sorry I can't make the picture upright no matter what I try...

a group of us are doing yoga most mornings (on the beach of course) and here I am clowning around under the full moon!

Blue footed booby bird - my new camera is working just fine, no worries about droping it out of the kayak, it's waterproof and I have a float on it too.

This was the day's entertainment - lots of noise from the gulls cheering them on.

the guy on the right is winning!

Start of my shell garden....it grows daily as I collect new shells.

That tells a bit about what we have been up to the last few weeks, hard to believe it's been that long already.
